About Adams County Court Docket

Adams County court dockets and case records are kept in more than one office. Circuit and County Court files follow the Circuit Clerk, Chancery matters follow the Chancery Clerk, and lower-court or city matters may have another custodian. This private reference resource organizes the official paths so a reader can identify the right court, search channel, or clerk before making a request.

Why We Built This Site

Mississippi recognizes public access to records through Miss. Code Title 25, Chapter 61, but access starts with identifying the actual custodian. In Adams County, the Circuit Clerk maintains Circuit and County Court filing work, while the Chancery Clerk maintains a different group of equity, family, probate, property, and land-related records. Justice Court and Natchez Municipal Court also use separate routes. A docket is the chronological record of case events, not always the entire file, so the court and document type matter before a search or copy request begins.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Mississippi court, clerk, or state agency. Its limits include the following:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot promise that a listed phone number, fee, or setting is current at the moment of use

Only the clerk or court holding the file can issue an official or certified docket sheet or court record. The Circuit Clerk is the usual starting point for Adams Circuit and County Court files.

Search Partners

Some pages contain search boxes supplied by third-party providers. Those businesses operate and price their own services. A paid referral may generate revenue for this private resource, but the provider controls its results, coverage, and charges.
